Practice Areas: Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Companies Act, 2013.
NOTE- The candidate should have prior work experience in a Law Firm.

About the Role:

SPN Advisors LLP is looking for a Litigation Associate (1–3 years PQE) to assist in a counsel-driven litigation practice. The role involves legal research, drafting, court appearances, and preparing detailed counsel notes across matters involving Civil, IP, and Corporate Laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal opinions
• Conduct legal research and prepare counsel briefs
• Appear before courts and tribunals (Delhi High Court.)
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and regulatory bodies
• Use tech tools like LiquidText for research and document handling

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of litigation experience, especially in Civil and Corporate Law
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
• Familiarity with IBC, Companies Act, 2013, and IP-related litigation
• Comfortable with legal tech tools (e.g., LiquidText, PDF editors)
