As a Litigation Associate based in Defence Colony, New Delhi, your primary responsibilities will include conducting legal research, preparing briefs for cases, drafting legal documents such as legal opinions, and representing clients in various Courts in Delhi including the High Court and Supreme Court of India. To excel in this role, you should hold a Law Graduate degree and possess strong legal drafting and research skills. Additionally, excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for effective communication with clients, colleagues, and the Court. Please note that candidates enrolled in Law school prior to 2023 are not eligible to apply for this position. The salary for this role may vary and can be up to 20k, depending on the candidate's abilities and experience.,
