Litigation Associate

Bisani Legal Advocates & Consultants is seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law in Bangalore courts and a strong interest in transitioning into commercial litigation and arbitration. As a full-time Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including court appearances, drafting legal documents such as petitions and pleadings, conducting legal research, and managing client relationships. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on arbitration and commercial litigation cases, collaborate with senior lawyers on complex disputes, and keep clients informed about case developments.
