Litigation Associate

As a litigation associate at our firm, you will be joining a team that specializes in real estate litigation, commercial and corporate litigation, and employment disputes across various sectors. We represent clients in courts such as the High Court of Karnataka, Commercial Courts in Bengaluru, and the Civil Court in Bengaluru City. Key Responsibilities: - Handling litigation matters in jurisdictions outside Bengaluru City, including Kolar, Anekal, Devanahalli, and others - Traveling to Courts in different jurisdictions for case hearings - Ensuring all expenses incurred for conveyance within the City are reimbursed upon submission of a reimbursement claim - Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory for dealing with land documents subject to litigation - Completing provisional enrolment with the bar council prior to joining the firm - Undergoing a three-month probation period and assessment of drafting aptitude before recruitment Qualifications Required: - Willingness to travel to Courts in Kolar, Anekal, and Devanahalli - Proficiency in Kannada - Completion of provisional enrolment with the bar council If you are a fresh graduate looking to start your career in litigation and meet the above requirements, we encourage you to reach out to us with any inquiries.
