We are looking for a litigation associate to join our team, with a focus on real estate litigation, commercial and corporate litigation, and employment disputes across various sectors. Our firm represents clients before the High Court of Karnataka, Commercial Courts in Bengaluru, and the Civil Court in Bengaluru City. A significant number of our cases are filed outside Bengaluru City Jurisdiction, covering areas such as Kolar, Anekal, Devanahalli, among others, offering ample opportunities for professional growth. We welcome fresh graduates and individuals new to the field of litigation to start their journey with us. Candidates interested in this position should fulfill the following criteria: - Willingness to travel to Courts in Kolar, Anekal, and Devanahalli, as our services extend beyond Bengaluru City jurisdiction. The firm provides comprehensive transport arrangements for all associates traveling outside Bengaluru, with expenses reimbursed for conveyance within the City upon submission of a reimbursement claim. - Proficiency in Kannada is a must, as most land documents involved in litigation outside Bengaluru Jurisdiction are in Kannada. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a preference for candidates who have completed their provisional enrollment with the bar council before joining our firm.
