Role Description

This is an internship role for a Literary Agent. The Literary Agent will be responsible for managing literary projects, working with manuscripts, and building relationships with writers. Responsibilities also include providing feedback, assisting in content strategy, and communicating with publishers. This is a hybrid role based in Vadodara, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication abilities in verbal/video and written forms
• Knowledge of Literature, including both Fiction and Non-fiction
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Literature, English, Communications, or a related field is a plus
