Linux Server Administrator

As a Linux Server Administrator and Manager, your responsibilities will include system backups, server security, installing and configuring server & application software, creating and maintaining user accounts, and working on Virtualization Technologies. You will be tasked with troubleshooting tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure, and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity. Your deliverables will encompass ticket ownership, response, resolution, and update, as well as handling escalated tickets from various levels while ensuring adherence to customer SLAs. To excel in this role, you must possess thorough knowledge of the Linux Server Environment, with experience in the web hosting industry being preferred. Outstanding troubleshooting skills, the ability to multitask and handle pressure, excellent communication skills, ownership, and follow-up skills are essential. You should demonstrate the capability to work independently and collaboratively with fellow system administrators and support team members. This is a full-time position that requires your presence in person at the work location.
