Hiring: LinkedIn Outreach Intern (Remote | 7 PM – 11:30 PM IST)

We are building an advanced LinkedIn outreach engine that fuels our business development pipeline. This role ensures every message is sent to the right prospect, tracked properly, and organized so our communication stays sharp and effective.

What you will do

Send connection requests to targeted profiles on LinkedIn

Send predefined outreach messages with accurate formatting and grammar

Track all replies and update our internal sheets daily

Flag interested prospects and hand them over to the team

Meet clear daily outreach and response tracking targets

Maintain professionalism, message accuracy, and clean record-keeping

Follow structured workflows to ensure consistent communication

What we are looking for

Strong attention to detail and error-free messaging

Good written English and communication skills

Comfortable using LinkedIn and online tools

Reliable alignment with the 7 PM to 11:30 PM IST shift

Ability to follow processes and complete tasks on time

Laptop and stable internet connection

Prior outreach or lead generation experience is helpful but not mandatory

Compensation

Our budget for this role is ₹3,500 + incentives.

Our best operators earn ₹6,000 – ₹7,000/month on average.
