This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how to:

✅ Build a content system that attracts followers and clients

✅ Write and repurpose posts that educate + tell stories

✅ Engage with top creators and communities on LinkedIn

✅ Track growth and optimise based on real results

marketing, social media, and personal branding

• Draft and repurpose LinkedIn posts (3–4 per week)
• Research accounts and engage via comments/DMs
• Help design banners, thumbnails, and visual assets (Canva or similar)
• Track growth metrics and prepare reports
• Assist with collaborations and outreach
  

• 1:1 mentorship on LinkedIn growth and personal branding
• Practical experience running a 

  real growth system

• Portfolio-worthy results (you’ll be able to say: “I helped grow an account from X to Y followers”)
• Flexible remote schedule (5–10 hours per week)
  

• Duration: 3 months (potential to extend)
• Type: Remote, flexible hours
• Compensation: Unpaid, but comes with 

  mentorship, training, and portfolio growth

• A student or early-career professional interested in digital marketing, content, or personal branding
• Strong written English + creativity
• Familiar with LinkedIn and Canva (or eager to learn fast)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to experiment
