Line Supervisor

A line supervisor manages daily production/operations, acting as the link between management and workers by assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, training staff, ensuring quality/safety, monitoring output, resolving issues, and maintaining records, all to meet targets efficiently and maintain a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management: Directly supervise, train, coach, and motivate frontline staff. Assign daily tasks, manage schedules, and handle attendance/timekeeping. Address complaints, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions. Operations & Production Oversight: Ensure smooth daily workflow and adherence to production schedules. Monitor output, check quality against specifications, and troubleshoot issues. Implement process improvements for better efficiency and quality. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment. Reporting & Communication: Bridge communication between upper management and the team. Prepare performance reports, track production data, and manage documentation. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, and staff issues promptly.

• Age limit 18 to 30
• Language preferred to Only Tamil

Pay: ₹19,215.52 - ₹23,315.73 per month
