Line Operator

The Line Operator for Beverages (Campa Cola) will focus on the operation and maintenance of machinery within the bottling process. You will be responsible for running and adjusting machinery used in the bottling process, such as bottle washing, filling, labeling, and packaging equipment. Monitoring product quality to ensure that bottles are filled correctly, labeled accurately, and sealed properly will be a key aspect of your role. In addition to operating machinery, you will also be responsible for identifying and addressing minor mechanical or operational issues, as well as reporting more significant problems to supervisors. Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures related to the use of machinery and equipment is crucial for maintaining a safe work environment. Keeping the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards is essential for ensuring smooth operations. Effective communication with supervisors and other team members will be necessary to coordinate tasks and maintain efficiency in the production process. Depending on the specific machine and stage of production, you may have additional responsibilities such as operating the blowing machine, filling machine, labeling machine, or packing machine. Minimum educational requirements include ITI, diploma, or equivalent, along with basic mechanical aptitude, physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
