Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Operator located in Vadodara. The Line Operator will be responsible for operating manufacturing machinery, ensuring product quality through inspections, adhering to safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. Additional duties include reporting any mechanical issues and assisting in regular maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Quality Control processes
• Strong Communication skills and ability to actively collaborate with team members
• Experience with employee Training and learning new equipment operations
• Basic Computer Literacy for documentation and data recording
• Ability to follow safety protocols and meet production targets with attention to detail
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
