Responsibilities

• Take charge of your section during prep and service with precision and consistency.
• Prepare dishes according to Coccolo’s recipes and plating standards.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth service and timely execution.
• Maintain quality control, taste, and presentation across all plates leaving your station.
• Uphold kitchen hygiene, safety, and organizational standards.
• Assist in training and supporting junior team members.
• Contribute ideas and feedback for menu development and daily specials.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional kitchen experience (preferably in Italian or continental cuisine).
• Strong technical skills in pasta, sauces, grilling, and sautéing.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure with consistency and care.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training preferred.
• A genuine passion for Italian flavours, ingredients, and craftsmanship.
