LIMS Trainer

We are 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗦 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

The LIMS Trainer delivers training and support for the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to ensure analysts, QA staff, and lab supervisors can efficiently use the system in daily laboratory operations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

1. Conduct LIMS training sessions (Virtual).

2. Develop and update training materials—user guides, SOPs, presentations, and e-learning modules.

3. Work with LIMS/IT teams to ensure training reflects current workflows and configurations.

4. Assess user competency and identify additional training needs.

5. Stay knowledgeable on LIMS features, lab workflows, and compliance requirements.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

1. 10+ years experience in LIMS, laboratory systems, or technical training.

2. Experience with LIMS platforms (e.g., LabWare, STARLIMS, SampleManager, LabVantage).

3. Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱:

1. Experience in regulated laboratories (pharma, biotech, medical devices, environmental testing).

2. Knowledge of GMP, GLP, GAMP, and laboratory quality processes.
