Lift/Elevator Technician

*Urgent Hiring For Elevator Installers* We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Elevator Erectors / Installers to join our field operations team Location: All Mumbai Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 Net Take Home (NTH) Additional Benefits: Travel allowance provided Experience Required: 0 to 4 years of experience in elevator installation or similar mechanical/electrical fieldwork. Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or Fitter, Weldar) Bike: Mandatory (with valid driving license) *Key Responsibilities:* Read and interpret General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) and set templates as per customer layout lines. Handle installation of elevator components including guide rails, brackets, machine beam, controller, governor, and other mechanical/electrical parts. Perform alignment of guide rails, landing door frames, and cabin structures accurately. Conduct installation of car & counterweight (CWT) frames, cabin platforms, roping systems, hall fixtures, and light fixtures. Lay and secure electrical cables/harnesses inside the hoistway. Assemble components in the machine room/overhead, ensuring correct alignment and setup. Follow company-specific Field Installation Manual and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Manage and safeguard materials on-site, ensuring cleanliness and preventing loss or damage. Complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), daily reports, and timesheets as per site protocol. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal supervision. *Requirements:* 0 to 4 years of experience in elevator installation or similar mechanical/electrical fieldwork. Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for site travel (travel allowance will be provided). Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.
