Lifestyle & Brand Manager

You will be working as a Lifestyle & Brand Manager in the Malayalam Film Industry based in Kochi, Kerala with occasional travel required. The role entails providing proactive and disciplined support to a prominent talent in the industry, focusing not only on managing professional engagements and brand partnerships but also on maintaining the personal well-being of the talent through fitness, yoga, and nutritional planning. Beyond traditional management responsibilities, you will serve as a wellness guide, assisting the talent in sustaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle amidst the demands of their career. Your key responsibilities will include strategizing and aligning career goals with the talent and core team, evaluating and negotiating various opportunities, and ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. You will also be responsible for managing a dynamic daily schedule, coordinating with various stakeholders, supporting personal brand development, overseeing digital content strategies, reviewing contracts, planning travel arrangements, and ensuring comfort and efficiency during travel and on-location stays. The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in talent or celebrity management, particularly in entertainment or media, possess strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills, excel in communication and negotiation, be proficient in Malayalam (mandatory) and preferably in additional languages such as Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu, hold certifications as a Physical Fitness Trainer and/or Yoga Instructor, be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel as required, and exhibit a high level of discipline, discretion, and attention to detail. Additionally, a keen interest in reading and photography would be considered an advantage.
