Job Description

As a Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role as an individual contributor with the potential to lead other consultants. Your main responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating experience in Business Analysis, Agile Project Roles, Project Management, Program Management, or Management Consulting. - Exhibiting domain knowledge in the Pharma R&D domain. - Leading client discussions and projects effectively. - Supporting business activities such as Thought leadership, POVs, and RFPs. Your skillset should include expertise in: - R&D domain Knowledge covering Drug Discovery, Pre-clinical and Clinical Operations, Clinical Trials/ Clinical Informatics, Pharmacovigilance and Safety operations, and Regulatory Affairs. - Business Analyst skills including exceptional requirement-gathering, writing well-formed requirements, and utilizing tools like Azure Devops and Jira. - Business Analysis capabilities like reviewing relevant documentation, conducting research, and developing comprehensive solutions. - Agile methodologies knowledge along with relevant certifications like CSPO, CSM, SAFe. - Project and Program Management experience, preferably with certifications like PMP. - Business Development and Strategy skills including Go-To-Market strategy formulation and building strong client relationships. - Domain Consulting expertise in Strategy consulting, Organization Change Management, Digital Transformation, and Market Assessment. In addition, you should be willing to learn other skill sets within Lifesciences consulting team. Your consulting skillset should include suggesting new ideas, contributing to business development, having an excellent grasp of the Lifesciences market, and delivering technology and advisory consulting assignments successfully. The ideal candidate for this role will have a technology and business background, envisioning how technology can solve business problems and create a competitive advantage for clients. They should possess knowledge of pharmaceutical market, especially R&D, Regulatory, and Clinical domains, and be well-versed with the latest industry trends. Experience with Agile methodologies, IT Consulting, and leading teams will be a definite plus.
