Role overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Life Insurance Sales to join our team. The role involves identifying client needs, offering customized insurance solutions (Life, Health, General), and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through existing clients, references, and cold calling.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Life and Health insurance products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and comparisons effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across Life and Health Insurance products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners for smooth policy processing and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI norms.

• Basic understanding of insurance products and financial planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / Finance / Marketing).
• Minimum 3

  –5 years

  of experience in life insurance sales or financial products distribution.
• Candidates with IRDA certification or experience with Life/Health insurance companies, brokers, or wealth firms will be preferred.
