You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones. This involves contacting potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to create rapport. Understanding the wishes and demands of business or individual customers is essential to selling suitable protection plans. You will collect information from clients on their risk profiles to provide them with the proper insurance solution. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare reports for shareholders on the success of your business endeavors, maintain continuous awareness of transactions, sales, and terms, and keep relevant records. It is crucial to check insurance claims to build trust and uphold the company's reputation. Regularly updating job-specific knowledge and applying it in the field is necessary to fulfill all company-established policy obligations. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is in the morning shift, and performance bonuses along with yearly bonuses are provided. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service. A willingness to travel up to 50% is required, and the work location is in person.
