Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a LIC Advisor at LIC of India, located in Rajpura, with some work-from-home flexibility. The LIC Advisor will be responsible for providing life insurance advice to clients, identifying financial needs, and recommending appropriate policies. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, discussing and advising on suitable insurance products, and handling policy servicing and renewals. Additionally, the advisor will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, and financial advising
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for client engagement
• Knowledge of life insurance products and services
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple
