Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an LIC Advisor located in Rajpura. While some work from home is acceptable, the primary responsibilities include selling insurance policies, generating leads, conducting market research, attending client meetings, and providing exceptional customer service. The LIC Advisor will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, understanding their coverage needs, and advising them on suitable insurance products.

• Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Market Research and Client Meeting skills
• Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
• Proficiency in using digital tools and applications
