Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate with various government departments, authorities, and agencies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, agreements, contracts, letters, and official communications.
Handle company-related registrations, renewals, licenses, approvals, and permits within stipulated timelines.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all government-related correspondences and approvals.
Act as a liaison between the management and government bodies to facilitate approvals and resolve issues.
Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on implications for the company.
Support internal teams in ensuring adherence to statutory and compliance obligations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 4 years between of relevant experience in government liaison, legal, or compliance roles.
Proficient in drafting and reviewing official documents with high accuracy.
Strong understanding of regulatory procedures, compliance norms, and statutory requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with government officials.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of building strong relationships with government departments.
