Job Title: Liaison Officer

Industry: Real Estate & Construction
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Baner, Pune
Reporting To: Legal Head / AGM Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Liaison Officer with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the real estate and construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communications and coordination between the company and various government departments, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth approvals, compliance, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaisoning & Approvals:
  • Coordinate with municipal authorities (e.g., PMC/PCMC), revenue departments, and urban development authorities for project approvals.
  • Handle documentation and follow-up for RERA, MOEF, NA orders, Building Plan sanctions, OC/CC, water and electricity NOCs, Fire NOC, and other permits.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure all construction and land-related activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain updated records of all regulatory correspondence and licenses.
  • Government & External Relations:
  • Act as the key point of contact with government departments, legal consultants, surveyors, and utility providers.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to expedite permissions and resolve delays.
  • Legal & Land Matters:
  • Coordinate for land acquisition documentation, registration, title clearance, and mutation processes.
  • Liaise with advocates and government officers for court matters, land verification, and hearing dates.
  • Project Documentation:
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracker for all pending approvals, their status, and follow-up actions.
  • Draft letters, affidavits, and supporting documents as required by various authorities.
  • Site & Office Coordination:
  • Visit construction sites to gather required documents or facilitate inspections by officials.
  • Coordinate with the internal departments for timely submission of documents and fees.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, local bylaws, and approval processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with bureaucrats and civic officials.
  • Organized with strong follow-up and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the city/state as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Law, Commerce, or Civil Engineering).
  • Additional certifications in real estate law or regulatory affairs are a plus.
  • 3–5 years of liaison experience, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.

Compensation:

As per industry standards, based on experience and skill set.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
