Role Overview

We are looking for a Liaison Officer with a strong legal and finance background to manage coordination and compliance activities related to Corporate Finance, taxation matters, and litigation support. The candidate will serve as a key interface between the organization and government/regulatory bodies.

Role & responsibilities

Liaise with government departments, tax authorities, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Support corporate finance and taxation matters, including statutory compliance and representation.
Assist in handling taxation litigation and legal proceedings.
Prepare, review, and respond to legal notices, compliance documents, and regulatory submissions.
Maintain documentation and records for legal and financial compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Audit, etc.) for smooth process execution.
Keep track of regulatory updates and ensure timely adherence to compliance requirements.
Build and maintain professional relationships with officials and external legal partners.

Qualifications

Graduate in Law (CA/CS inter/MBA Finance, LLB/LLM preferred)
Experience in corporate liaison, tax representation, or finance legal coordination

Skills & Attributes

Strong knowledge of taxation & corporate finance regulations
Good networking and relationship-management skills
Problem-solving ability and structured work approach
High level of integrity & confidentiality
