Ø Coordination with different government departments like DTCP, Fire, PWD, HUDA, MCG & GMDA, HSPCB, Forest, etc.
Ø Should be able to apply online applications like CLU, NOC, etc.
Ø Should be able to prepare offline files for RERA, License, Building Plan, Demarcation etc.
Ø Site surveys/field operations with Officers.
Ø Prepare plans for agency submittal and review for fire scheme/NOC, building plan, occupation certificate.
Ø Assist in permit applications for transmittal to agencies.
Ø To incorporate specifications into technical drawings and plans.
Ø Review drawings, contracts, plans, and specifications for customer accuracy.
Ø Coordination with required engineers etc. for proper technical drawings.
Ø Checking land ownership record.
Ø Update of land ownership records
Ø Preparing land shajra./ Site plan / Demarcation
Ø Should be well versed with documentation and procedures related to land ownership and records.
Ø Should be well aware of rules related to same.
Ø Ability to maintain records and prepare comprehensive data.
Ø Should be able to effectively communicate
Ø Field visits regarding land inventory and demand query
