Liaison (Back Office) Manager

As a Regulatory & Design Coordinator, your role involves ensuring compliance with relevant Development Control Regulations (DCR), Urban Development Control Promotion Regulations (UDCPR), and local development guidelines. You will collaborate with the design team to ensure designs meet regulatory standards and address any discrepancies. Your responsibilities include: - Reviewing design documents for compliance with regulations - Collaborating with design team to ensure regulatory compliance - Addressing discrepancies between design and regulatory requirements - Leading preparation and timely submission of reports - Supervising preparation of compliance certificates and regulatory documentation - Ensuring proper storage and tracking of project-related documentation - Facilitating coordination between design and regulatory teams - Conducting regular internal meetings to review progress - Staying updated with local regulatory changes - Identifying and resolving regulatory conflicts - Overseeing preparation and submission of regulatory documentation - Ensuring timely regulatory approvals Your qualifications should include: - Bachelors Degree in Architecture/Engineering or Diploma with experience in liaising with statutory planning authorities - 8-15 years of work experience - Experience in design coordination or liaisoning support in real estate, infrastructure, or redevelopment projects - Strong understanding of Maharashtras urban development regulations - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and documentation software If you are looking for a challenging role in regulatory and design coordination with a focus on compliance and project management, this position could be a great fit for you.,
