Liaising Head (Feasibility & Regulatory Affairs)Construcution - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Feasibility Analysis:
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies for residential projects considering zoning, FSI, TDR,
  

• Provide insights and constraints based on site potential, development rules, and revenue
  

• Regulatory Liaison:
• Coordinate with municipal and planning authorities (MCGM, MHADA, SRA, etc.) for
  

• Interpret and apply DCPR 2034 (Mumbai) and UDCPR guidelines to projects, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Documentation & Tracking:
• Prepare, compile, and manage submissions for development approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking of approval timelines, pending requirements, and agency
  

• Stakeholder Communication:
• Work with architects, legal advisors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure aligned
  

• Attend site and authority meetings, represent the company professionally and articulate
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
• experience in real estate feasibility, regulatory liaison, or urban development
  

• Hands-on knowledge of DCPR 2034 and UDCPR is mandatory.
  

• Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple regulatory processes
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project tracking tools.
