Role & responsibilities

Experience:
Minimum [1 ~2] years of experience in procurement, or financial operations.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
procurement processes
, vendor management, and budgeting tools.
Skills:

Advanced proficiency in
Excel
for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Experience with
Jira
for project tracking and management.
Ability to create professional
PowerPoint presentations
for budget updates and procurement reports.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Organization:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
Independence:
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with
procurement portals
and tools.
Experience working in a
software development environment
or with technical teams.
Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive financial data.
