Level - 1 IT Support Engineer

As a Level - 1 IT Support Engineer working remotely from Hyderabad, your role involves providing technical assistance and support to employees. You will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, and network issues, managing assets, and supporting video conferencing applications to ensure smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities: - Employee onboarding (Ordering of Assets, Setting up Email IDs, etc.) and offboarding. - Knowledge of Active Directory. - Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow. - Software installation and password resets. - Granting access and permissions based on approvals. - Resolution of tickets in a timely manner. - Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues. - Managing hardware and software assets. - Resolving Outlook and mailbox-related issues. - Assisting users in connecting to video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Webex, etc. - Walking remote employees through installing applications and computer peripherals. - Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems. Qualifications Required: - Technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networks. - Good communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and documentation skills. - Knowledge of system security, data backup, and recovery processes.
