Job Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all retail stores in the eastern region.
• Ensure timely resolution and closure of maintenance tickets in line with SLAs.
• Manage vendor onboarding, evaluation, and performance reviews to ensure service quality.
• Review and validate vendor quotations, monitor invoices, payments, and cost reconciliation.
• Maintain store infrastructure and assets including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, furniture, and signage.
• Conduct regular store inspections to uphold brand and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Projects, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance operations.
• Support maintenance activities for new store openings, refurbishments, and closures.
• Track key performance metrics including maintenance costs, vendor performance, and ticket closure efficiency.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or compliance.

Job Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil preferred).

• Experience:

  6–10 years of experience in multi-site retail or facility maintenance management.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lighting).
• Familiarity with maintenance management tools such as CAFM/CMMS.
• Understanding of safety, statutory, and compliance norms for retail environments.

• Commercial & Vendor Management Skills:

• Experience handling vendor contracts, quotations, and payments.
• Strong negotiation and cost-control abilities.

• Other Requirements:
