As a Leisure - Sales (B2C Sales - Holiday Packages) at Riya Group Enterprise, your role will involve selling travel products and tour packages, including FIT / GIT / B2C Walk-ins, with a focus on leisure and holidays. You will source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel experiences and sustainable tourism. It is essential to have destination knowledge across the globe to understand and customize itineraries for customers. Your responsibilities will also include understanding flight sectors, hotel categories, currencies, and activities specific to each destination to effectively cater to customer requirements and close bookings. Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients will be crucial, along with handling inbound and outbound customer sales inquiries, providing quotations, product information, and pricing details, and promoting the benefits of the organization's products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Sell travel products and tour packages (FIT / GIT / B2C Walk-in) focusing on leisure and holidays - Source products and destinations to fulfill consumer demands for bespoke travel experiences - Demonstrate destination knowledge across the globe - Customize itineraries based on customer requirements - Understand flight sectors, hotel categories, currencies, and activities specific to each destination - Close bookings effectively - Develop and maintain cordial relationships with clients - Handle inbound and outbound customer sales inquiries - Provide quotations, product information, and pricing details - Promote the features and benefits of the organization's products and services Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in selling or operating travel products and services, preferably including holiday packages - Ability to work independently and as a team player - Strong coordination skills with different teams as required If you are passionate about travel and have experience in selling travel products and services, including holiday packages, Riya Group Enterprise is looking for candidates like you.
