Legion WFM Solutions Architect / Specialist

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Legion Workforce Management (WFM) Solutions Architect to design, configure, and implement Legion WFM modules, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, review technical documentation, and support the continuous improvement of our WFM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation:

• Configure and customize Legion WFM modules including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave, and Attendance to align with organizational requirements.

Integration Management:

• Oversee the integration of Legion WFM systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and managing integration complexity.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver effective system solutions.

Technical Documentation:

• Review and validate the quality and accuracy of functional and technical design documents, test plans, and implementation guides.
• Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide expert support for Legion WFM modules, addressing configuration issues, and recommending enhancements to improve system performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Legion WFM systems, with a strong focus on solution architecture and design across multiple modules.
• Proven ability to critically analyze business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective cross-functional relationships.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail in technical and functional artifacts.
