Legal Manager - Vatika Business Centre

Vatika Group is hiring for Legal Manager-

Job

• Appointing

  Solicitors / Advocates for title investigations and Liasoning / coordinating / briefing the Advocates / Counsels / Solicitors on various legal and title related matters / issues. Draft and vet commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

• Drafting

  affidavits, Indemnity Bonds, collaboration agreement, Sale deeds, Gift deeds, complaints, notices, reply to notices, Board Resolution, MoU, Title Certificates and other legal documents.
• Maintain proper corporate interactions with relevant local, state, and federal governmental bodies and legislatures. 
• To advice facilities site teams on all Legal issues which have a bearing on Facility operations and  related matters.   
•  To drive the Legal process regarding registration with Clients /Regulatory Authorities and ensure that necessary documentary formalities are adhered to.
• To take appropriate actions for

  fighting law suits pertaining  to Clients

•  To process all

  legal

  cases pertaining to various operational issues with external clients.

•   To process all legal cases pertaining to facilities related issues including  payments by clients of Commercial sites.
•     To be accountable to and report to Vertical Head in respect of day-to-day coordination and seeking guidance in respect of all job.

• Manage

  legal

  Cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures.

• Provide expert advice on corporate law, contact drafting & Litigation Management to internal stakeholders.

• Oversee the preparation of legal documentation including contracts , agreements and other legal papers.

• Indepth knowledge of MSME & Arbitration laws.

• Candidate must be flexible and be nearby or willing to travel PAN India.
