Role & responsibilities Conduct client intake, collect accident details, insurance info, and medical documentation. Request, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and accident-related evidence. Draft demand letters, complaints, discovery, settlement packages, motions, subpoenas, and court forms. Maintain communication with clients, attorneys, medical providers, adjusters, and opposing counsel.ss Track deadlines, statutes, court filings, and maintain accurate calendars under CCP and CRC. Manage case files using legal software and perform e-filing and e-service on California court portals. Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, deposition summaries, and legal correspondence. Handle and negotiate medical liens, prepare closing statements, and assist with settlement distribution.
