Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Draft, review, and finalize agreements, MoUs, deeds, and contracts.
Handle litigations, disputes, and coordination with external counsels.
Provide legal opinions on projects and guide management on risks and approvals.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance under
RERA, Stamp Duty, Registration Act, Municipal and Land Revenue laws
.
Liaise and negotiate with landowners, government authorities, external counsels, and other stakeholders for smooth acquisition and clearances.
Keep management updated on changes in real estate/property laws and suggest proactive legal measures.

Preferred candidate profile:-

years of experience

land acquisition, property laws, and large-scale real estate transactions

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage external counsels, and deliver within deadlines.
