Job Description: - Legal Manager The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all legal matters related to real estate, including drafting agreements, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Manage legal cases related to real estate transactions from initiation to closure. Develop effective legal strategies to safeguard company interests. Negotiate and prepare legal client contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Draft, review, and finalize various real estate agreements, including lease agreements, sale deeds, and joint venture agreements. Provide legal advice and solutions for litigation under Civil, RERA, local courts with the help of external aid/lawyers on board Ensure regulatory compliance and due diligence in property acquisitions and disposals. Liaise with internal teams, external counsel, and government authorities as needed. Independently handle legal matters and make informed decisions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Desired Skills & Competencies: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM). Minimum [5] years of experience in real estate legal matters. Prior understanding of Property acquisition/RERA/MOFA/Consumer rights etc Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property agreements, and compliance regulations. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to identify and rectify risk practices effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and make sound legal decisions. High attention to detail and analytical thinking. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a real estate company or legal firm handling property transactions. Knowledge of land acquisition, RERA compliance, and contract law. Proficiency in legal research and documentation
