Job description:- Role & responsibilities: Working on book- keeping and accounting. Preparing Journal entries. Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable. Assisting the accounting manager, as needed. Support accounting manager in finalization of books of accounts, monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Support on Statutory Compliance like GST, TDS, etc. Good knowledge of Tally. Desired Candidate Profile Filing Return of all Statutory requirement (TDS, VAT, GST etc) Good in computers, candidate must be from nearby area. Tally, ERP, GST , PF, ESIC , Uses Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Confident & Talented individual with strong self learning capability. Preferred candidate profile B.Com or M.Com degree. 5-10 years of accounting experience. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Good problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Position Summary - he Contracts Engineer in the EPC sector plays a pivotal role in identifying and analyzing engineering expertise with an understanding of business, contracts and commercial aspects of engineering projects. Contracts Engineer is responsible for the technical, financial, and legal aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring successful completion while balancing cost, time, and quality. 1. Pre-Tender Phase: Review, comment & vetting of Non-Disclosure Agreement & Contract Agreements. Review of Bid documents, identification and highlighting of Critical Clauses and Risk Parameters related to Tender Commercial Terms Prepare & recommend risk mitigation measures. Co-ordinate with different key departments for obtaining various internal confirmations. 2. Contract Award Phase: Review & drafting of Contract documents upon Award from Clients. Analyze contract & identify crucial conditions influencing Project performance. Highlight all important clauses, favorable & unfavorable in sake of Organization. Co-ordinate with all departments to collect various inputs while Contracts finalization. Adhere to & utilize FIDIC conditions of Contract while drafting of Contracts. Preparation of CAD after award of the Project for site awareness. Highlighting salient features and key dates of projects for day-to-day monitoring and circulation of important submittals. 3. Contract Administration: Review, negotiate & drafting of Contract security documents. Submission of Contract Security documents to Clients. Entire Contract Administration, maintaining Contract documents for all projects. Co-ordinate with Projects & Technical team for inputs in the Contracts & Projects. Responsible for documents control & maintaining all contract records. Identify responsibilities, correspondence, obligations, and ambiguities payments/claims preparation. Preparation of Synopsis for important Contractual clauses & obligations upon award of Contract. Maintain contractual records and documentation for all completed & existing projects. Preparation applicable Claims i.e., Idle charges, Price Escalation, Non-Tendered items & others etc. • Drafting of Contractual Correspondences flagged by site team, assistance to team members in preparation of letters on delay, LD, Penalties , EOT , etc. Applications and other critical correspondences Assistance and support to Contracts Department and HODs with respect to pursuance of Claims, Arbitration, and legal proceedings of various Projects Overall Contract Administration & Change Order Management until entire Contract execution. 4. Contract Closure: Review, drafting & submission of Contract closure documents. Tracking & collecting Contract Security Bonds (ABG & PBG) during/after entire Contract period. Co-ordination in release of Bank Guarantee Limits from Bank. Co-ordination in release of Retention Money from Clients. 5. Legal Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Proceedings, formulating and raising of claims. Review, analyze and report on any contractual claims/dispute resolution to Management. Identify contractual obligations & recommend measures for dispute resolution. Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to create good presentations Must be detail oriented and an active listener Ability to work under pressure Critical thinking, collaboration & able to maintain rapport, result orientated, challenges status quo.
