Mimansa Law Offices is hiring an

Associate

for its

Dispute Resolution

team in Delhi. This role requires active experience in handling commercial and civil disputes from start to finish.

Job Details

• Position: Associate – Dispute Resolution
• Experience Required (PQE): Minimum 3 years’ active PQE
• Job Type: Full-time, On-site.
• Location: Delhi
• Salary / Compensation: ₹40,000 per month
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years’ active PQE in commercial/civil litigation and arbitration (must include end-to-end matter handling).
• Demonstrable drafting experience .
• Prior appearances/assistance before Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, and arbitral tribunals, applicants must attach order sheets reflecting involvement.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, written submissions, arbitration briefs, and related documents.
• Prepare and manage cases from filing through hearings and disposition.
• Assist/appear in court and tribunal proceedings; maintain case files and hearing notes.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and external counsel; conduct legal research and strategy.
