Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree and Bar Council enrollment is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of work experience.
- Must be from a reputed law firm with hands-on experience in PE–VC transactions.
- Only experienced candidates should apply.
Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of private equity and venture capital transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating investment documents.
- Due diligence and transaction execution capability.
- Client communication and advisory skills.
