The Chambers is hiring an Associate (Supreme Court Litigation) for its office in Green Park Extension, New Delhi. This role requires a candidate with demonstrable, actual practice experience before the Supreme Court of India.

- Mode: On-site / Work From Office
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- Bar Enrollment: Must be enrolled with the State Bar Council.
- Experience: 1–2 years of demonstrable, actual practice experience before the Supreme Court of India.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PDF editing software and MS Office tools. Familiarity with Supreme Court e-filing procedures is preferred.
- Research: Experience using legal research databases such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
- Drafting: Strong drafting and legal research skills.
Key Responsibilities / Role
- Drafting and vetting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), counter affidavits, written submissions, and other pleadings.
- Making regular appearances before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and coordinating listed matters.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and case analysis.
- Assisting in preparation for final hearings and briefing seniors.
- Supporting case strategy discussions and litigation planning.
