Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience
- Enrolment with the Bar Council
- Strong drafting, research, and advocacy support skills.
- Ability to manage litigation filings and regulatory research.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research (judgment searches, law-point research) and draft routine applications and court documents.
- Appear for filings, adjournments, and related court formalities for civil and criminal matters
- Assist Principal Consultant and teams on regulatory and corporate-law advisory work.
- Split time between litigation support (drafting, filing, case management) and regulatory advisory
- Maintain case files, trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
