Role Overview: We are looking for a Legal Intern to support our legal and compliance functions. This role is ideal for a law student or recent graduate who is interested in intellectual property, contract law, and corporate regulations within the music and technology industry. Responsibilities: Assist in drafting & reviewing contracts, NDAs, and legal documents. Conduct research on IP rights, data privacy, and music licensing. Provide legal support to internal teams (HR, Sales, Product, and Tech) on various matters. Support in handling legal disputes, if any, and coordinate with external legal advisors. Assist in maintaining and organizing legal documentation and records. Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the music-tech sector. Requirements and Skills: Pursuing or completed a degree in Law (LLB/LLM). Strong understanding of intellectual property, contract law, and corporate law.
