Role Overview:

We are seeking two motivated Legal Interns

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and internal policies
• Support compliance and regulatory research
• Assist in vendor agreement review and legal due diligence
• Contribute to corporate governance and internal audits
• Conduct legal research on emerging laws, especially in blockchain and fintech
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand legal implications

Eligibility:

• Law students (3rd year or above,If 5 year course)
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Interest in corporate and technology law
• Must have own laptop
• Ability to work independently and in a team
