Job Description: As a Legal Head in the financial services/banking industry, your main responsibility will be to review Valuation/Legal Reports received from vendors in compliance with bank norms. You must possess strong proficiency in scrutinizing, inspecting, and providing guidance on legal matters related to mortgages. Managing the mortgage ability of land will also be part of your duties. Your role will involve identifying and mitigating potential legal risks associated with freehold/leasehold/agricultural properties. You will be required to follow up with advocates to ensure early action/disposal of pending cases.
