Job Description

Vetting, execution and data maintenance of all agreements of the Company including subsidiary and Entry of executed copy of document into Companys repository system. Handling of Civil, Criminal and Consumer cases, IPR, and legal notices of the Company including subsidiary Legal agreement drafting and proofreading with Key Account Managers. Drafting of Non-Disclosure agreements between two parties and for designated persons of the company, Memorandum of Understanding, Affidavit cum declaration in the litigation matters of the company Drafting of Franchise Agreements, Shop in Shop Agreements, and Termination Letters including sub-lease agreement for FSSAI license with respect to the company. Demand Notice, filing of recovery suit on behalf of company.
