Legal Executive - Commercial Conveyancing

Are you an experienced law professional with a background in UK based commercial conveyancing? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment providing paralegal and administrative support to a team of Solicitors handling commercial property matters based in the UK. Key Responsibilities Manage conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and lease extensions. Draft and manage legal documents, contracts and correspondence for commercial property transactions. Maintain and update case management systems and client files Conduct property searches, reviewing title deeds, contracts. Ensure all files are compliant with regulatory and internal standards. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial conveyancing. Solid understanding of commercial property law and conveyancing processes.
