Your role will involve negotiating finance and security documentation while ensuring compliance with guidelines. You will be expected to adhere to GPS policies, procedures, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines for all transactions. As a qualified lawyer with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance law, you will provide support for GPS Commercial Banking Legal negotiations under the supervision of Senior Legal Counsel. Collaboration with Implementations project managers and lawyers globally may also be required.
