Legal & Compliance Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal and compliance support for new project implementation.
Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and legal documentation.
Handle
licenses, permits, and ensure timely renewals

Oversee recovery of pending payments and government subsidies.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across business operations.
Support budget management and administrative compliance activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Law or related field.
3–5 years of experience
in legal compliance, corporate law, or related functions.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, litigation, and license management.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage responsibilities across legal, compliance, and administration.
