About Our Client

• Deliver strategic guidance across all aspects of the Commercial Real Estate business.
• Well versed with Real Estate Central/State laws and regulations, including IT Policy and SEZ.
• Must be familiar with all practices and procedures pertaining to purchases, sales, lease / license, stamp duty / registration, municipal / development rules & regulations, contracts and labour
  

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate/ REIT/ Invit/ Retail industry
• Experience in Leasing,acquisition, non litigation in real estate
