Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal notices, settlement letters, and documentation for clients
• Offer simple, clear legal advice related to debt, loans, and settlements
• Help resolve customer financial disputes and explain legal procedures
• Conduct basic legal research and coordinate with internal legal team
• Help with client acquisition and retention

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB / BCom LLB / CS etc.)
• Freshers or 1+ years of experience in legal or client servicing roles
• Must be fluent in

  Hindi and English

• Strong verbal communication and empathy in client interactions
• Basic legal knowledge and clear understanding of loan-related matters
• Comfortable with MS Word / Excel / WhatsApp for client communication
